Grapes come from vineyards located in the heart of the Neretva Delta with soil rich in nutrients and water, which gives us wines with fresh acids and fruit aromas.Grapes are picked by hand and selected on selection tables before mulching. After mulching, the grapes are gently pressed and the must goes to controlled fermentation. Primary fermentation is followed by secondary fermentation in tanks (Charmat method).
After secondary fermentation we get a clear wine of light yellow color with fruit aromas and fine pearling
