Glutenko is a gluten-free beer. In the production of Glutenko, traditional ingredients such as water, hops, yeast, but also barley were used, from which the gluten was removed during the production process, and therefore Glutenko is specially formulated for people intolerant to gluten. Confirmed by analyzes for gluten content, this beer contains less than 20mg/L. The brewery does not have a dedicated production of gluten-free beers, so in order to ensure that this beer corresponds to the gluten-free determination, samples are regularly analyzed in an authorized laboratory.
