Grapes for this wine are grown on the fertile soil of the Neretva Valley where the vine is adapted and able to bear fruit with a good balance of maturity and acidity.
Grapes are harvested by hand during the night to preserve freshness, acidity and varietal aromas. the grapes are then sorted by hand before gentle mulching and gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures to get more fruity aromas. The wine is then rotated on the lees for 3 months to obtain more fullness (the body of the wine).
The wine is a beautiful straw yellow color with ripe fruity aromas. The wine is fresh, medium-bodied with a lot of minerality which is a reflection of our specific viticultural position.
