Obtained from organically grown Istrian Malvasia grapes with fermentation with berry maceration for 4 weeks, after malolactic fermentation it is aged partly in new and partly in neutral oak barrels 225L. After 12 months, it goes into the best blend with part of the wine that matured on the yeast sediment in stainless steel, and that did not undergo malolactic fermentation, which keeps a full warm body in balance, medium high acidity, but also a long-lasting fresh taste, and a complex combination of fresher fruit aroma from stainless steel, and mature and developed fruit and spice notes from wood.
