It is produced by distilling the must of the Žilavka and Ben varieties. Distillation is exclusively done in traditional brandy stills. During the distillation process, all streams are carefully separated in order to obtain a special taste that adorns a real traditional vineyard. The full taste of lozovac is achieved after 5 years of aging in stainless steel tanks. Volume fraction of alcohol is 40%.
