NOTICE ON THE MANNER OF SUBMITTING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 41/14), we inform consumers that they may submit dissatisfaction with the purchased product or service in writing by mail, fax or e-mail:

The complaint must contain the name and surname of the consumer, and the address for delivery of the answer.
